Aylesbury Vale Estates is an innovative new joint venture between Aylesbury Vale District Council and the Akeman Partnership. Akeman Asset Management manages the industrial units, shops and offices in the Aylesbury Vale area owned by Aylesbury Vale Estates (AVE). The Akeman Asset Management team has extensive experience in property management, regeneration and redevelopment.

As part of the joint venture, AVDC has transferred ownership of all its commercial property assets to AVE. The properties will be managed, improved and developed by the joint venture.

Midwinter Property Holdings Ltd is a small property investment and development company based in Aston Clinton.

They currently own a site on an existing industrial area on the western side of College Road North which has planning consent for redevelopment mainly to provide 8109 sq m of new units for industrial, warehouse and office use.

The site provides excellent accessibility to the expanding College Road North industrial area to the south of Aylesbury with access from the A41 dual carriageway, some 15 miles from the M25 (J20) and 3 miles from Aylesbury.
